Refund Policy

Detailed timelines and reimbursement procedures for approved returns at Dilsay Gifts.

At Dilsay Gifts, we take pride in authentic quality. If a return is approved, we process refunds promptly to your account.

1. Prepaid Order Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders (Cards, NetBanking, UPI) are credited back directly to the original payment source within 5–7 business days post-inspection.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via NEFT/UPI bank details submitted during the return request within 5–7 business days.
